Annual billing includes two months free, which works out to about 16.7% off the monthly price. Prices in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes.

What you won't pay for
- Setup or onboarding fees. Import your price list and labor units yourself, or with help from support.
- Training. If you can read a plan set, you can review AI counts.
- Per-estimate charges. Plans are flat monthly prices.
- Price-list imports. Your supplier quotes and price files load at no extra cost. Third-party price services, if you connect one, are billed by that provider.

How to calculate your return
Monthly value = hours saved per bid × bids per month × burdened estimator rate
Measure the hours saved yourself: run a job you've already bid through the trial and compare it with your original takeoff time. Example inputs only: 2 hours saved per bid × 6 bids a month = 12 hours; at a $65/hour burdened rate that's $780 a month of estimator time.
The other way to look at it is break-even: how many estimator hours a month does the subscription need to save?

Do you charge per estimate?
No. Plans are priced per month; Starter includes 10 AI plan-set takeoffs a month, and Pro and Team are unlimited.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your estimates, price lists and labor units stay exportable to Excel.
Is pricing per user?
Each plan includes a set number of users: 1 on Starter, up to 3 on Pro and up to 10 on Team. There's no separate per-seat charge within those limits.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual plans include two months free.
